Your keys stay yours
Connecting an exchange should never mean trusting us with your funds.
Encrypted at rest
Exchange API keys and wallet private keys are encrypted with AES-256 before they touch the database. The encryption key lives in the server environment, never in the database itself.
Non-custodial
Shexom never holds your funds. Your coins stay on your exchange or in your own wallet — we read balances and place orders you ask for, nothing else.
Two-factor authentication
Turn on TOTP two-factor from your account settings, with backup codes in case you lose your device.
You control the permissions
Create your exchange API key with only the permissions you want to grant. If you never plan to trade from Shexom, a read-only key is enough — and withdrawal rights are never needed.

Which exchanges can I connect?
Bitunix and Wallex today, including Bitunix futures with position and P&L tracking. More are being added — the connector layer is built so a new exchange is a contained piece of work rather than a rewrite.
Which blockchains do the wallets support?
Ethereum, BSC, Polygon, Base and TRON. You can track any address, or generate a wallet inside Shexom and send from it.
How does copy trading work?
Pick a trader and choose which of your connected accounts should place the trades. When they open a futures position, Shexom opens one on that account, sized to the same share of your balance that they used of theirs, up to a cap you set. When their position closes, yours closes. You can pause or stop at any time — stopping leaves any open positions open, so you close those yourself.
Does copy trading need a different API key?
Yes. Everything else in Shexom works with a read-only key, but copying has to place orders, so that connection needs trading permission. Withdrawal rights are still never needed. It currently covers futures on Bitunix, and because trades are placed seconds after the trader's, your entry and exit prices — and so your results — will differ from theirs.
Can Shexom withdraw my funds?
No. Shexom is non-custodial and never moves money off your exchange. For extra peace of mind, create your API key without withdrawal permission — everything except trading works with a read-only key.
Is there a free plan?
Yes. Free covers wallet and exchange tracking, your net-worth chart, one exchange connection and price alerts, with no time limit and no card required.
Which platforms is it available on?
The web app runs in any modern browser, and there are native builds for macOS and Android. A Windows build is on the way.
What happens to my data if I stop using it?
Delete your account and your connections, wallets and history go with it. You can also disconnect a single exchange at any time, which removes its stored keys immediately.
